Acting on behalf of Citvale and Napier University, Innes were appointed on the CAT A refurbishment and CAT B fit-out of 9,600 sq. ft of hybrid office and industrial accommodation providing Contract Administration, Project Management and Cost Consultancy services.

Works included removal of a section of the first floor slab to create high bay access and storage and a full refurbishment of the internal and external fabric. The CAT B fit-out works involved industrial workshop fit-out to the ground floor and Grade A office space to the remaining first floor area.

Project value circa £700k.
