Calum has over 10 years experience in the property and construction industry acting as a consultant, providing core building surveying and project management services across a range of sectors.
His role within Innes BC focuses on providing technical due diligence advice for acquisitions and disposals, dilapidations representation and delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects. Calum is also an Associate Member of the Association of Project Safety (AaPS) and is experienced in acting as principal designer on complex projects.
