Acting on behalf of Asset Manager Citivale, Innes Associates were appointed to undertake the refurbishment of circa 10,000 sq.ft. of hybrid office/workshop space to provide a modern high bay industrial unit.
The works involved the removal of circa 8,000sq.ft of reinforced concrete floor and structural works to the steel frame completed within a 10 week contract period and within budget.
The completed unit has an enlarged height vehicle entrance door and eaves height of circa 8.5m with some retained office accommodation to the building core.
