CEG retained Innes BC following acquisition advice to coordinate the design and project manage the refurbishment of 35,000 sq ft office space at South Gyle. Works included full M&E replacement and the design and speculative fit out of CAT B space.

The project was completed in 20 weeks at the cost of £2.3m.
