Acting on behalf of M7 Real Estate, Innes were appointed to provide due diligence reports on the acquisition of Clyde Retail Park with the subjects formed part of a nationwide portfolio purchased for around £70m.  Clyde Retail Park has 148,845 sq. ft. of retail space with occupying retailers comprising TK Maxx, Matalan, Halfords and KFC.

Innes completed site surveys within 2 days with full reporting provided within 5 days of survey including a fully costed analysis of all liabilities.
