eagle building – glasgow

Innes have been appointed by CEG to provide Project Management and Cost Consultancy services for the full CAT A and part CAT B refurbishment of Eagle Building, Glasgow.

Works include creating a new entrance and reception area, ground floor café, cycle and shower facilities and circa 40,000sq.ft of fully refurbished office space.

Innes are working alongside Cooper Cromar, Struer, Pendant Interiors, TB&A and GHI Contracts to deliver the scheme with Phase 1 completion targeted for early Q2 2020.

Phase 2 works are under design development and include a major refurbishment of the external façade and roofs.
