Innes have been appointed to provide Project Management services for the full CAT A and CAT B refurbishment of the former Genting Casino to remodel and refurbishment the building from a casino to a high specification office space.

Works include replacing the M&E services, creating new tea preparation areas, new toilet and showering facilities and refurbishing circa 18,000sq.ft office space.
