Specialist logistics investment company GULF UK retained Innes BC to prepare vendor surveys across their UK portfolio comprising 26 properties sold for circa £260m.

Innes BC previously advised GULF UK on the acquisition of these assets and provided post-acquisition services, including project monitoring, building reinstatement cost assessments and project management.
