Innes were retained by CEG following acquisition advice to coordinate the design and project manage the refurbishment of 70,000sq.ft of vacant office accommodation at the South Gyle site. Works include introduction of a HVAC solution, the installation of new stairs through the core areas, new cycling amenities as well as the full replacement of windows and curtain walling. Estimated construction value £6m.
