Innes BC were retained by property investment firm West Ranga Property Group to provide due diligence advice on the acquisition of Hawkhill Court and were subsequently appointed to prepare a specification of works and project manage internal and external refurbishment works.

Innes BC also prepared CGI’s for client marketing purposes.

The project value was £550k, with works completed over a phased 24-week programme.
