Having provided due diligence advice on the acquisition of this estate by a retained client, Innes BC were instructed to prepare a specification of works to subdivide the industrial accommodation into smaller units to meet occupier demand.

Innes BC provided Contract Administration, Project Management and Cost Consultancy services.

The project value was £600,000, and the works were phased over 12 months.
