Acting on behalf of M7 Real Estate, Innes BC received instruction to prepare a full package of works for competitive tender, tender reporting and recommendations on the Main Contractor appointment.

Other duties have included assistance with statutory consents to ensure a successful change in class use, from Retail to Leisure and Innes BC also prepared CGI’s for client marketing purposes.

The project value was circa £550K.
