Innes BC provided Contract Administration, Project Management and Cost Consultancy services to fully refurbish circa 20,000 sq ft of hybrid office and industrial accommodation.

Works included removing the first-floor slab to create high bay storage and fully refurbishing internal and external fabric.

The project value was £350k, with works completed over a 10-week programme.
