VAX – DROITWICH

Acting on behalf of a specialist UK logistics fund, Innes Building Consultancy were appointed to provide Project Monitoring services on a 230,000sq.ft new build industrial facility for VAX. This followed due diligence reports provided by Innes on the acquisition of this asset as part of £100m + acquisitions across the UK on behalf of the same client.
