Innes were retained by specialist investment fund to provide due diligence surveys in connection with the acquisition of Wellesbourne Distribution Park.

Post-acquisition, Innes were retained to provide Project Monitoring services on 300,000sq.ft of new build space pre-let to Aston Martin together with master planning advice on the subsequent build out of Phase 2 and 3.
